Soak up that beach ambience.Condo is end unit with  ocean views from every room to view beach, birds and sunrise to east and beautiful sunset to west from LR and balcony.   We have 2 condominums at Sandpiper condo available, one ocean front "Shore Thing Condo ( information available on vacationrentals.com and   this condo is Beachy keen ocean view condo. Beachy keen condo is decorated with new modern comfortable furniture for a fun relaxing stay.    An electric fireplace with heater optional for those romantic times.  48" LG TV for those great movies(DVD library available)  sports.  Home theatre for great smooth sounds for movies,music and radio listening.   The condo has 2 queen size new mattresses in each of 2 bedrooms with pocket doors between rooms.  Extra 24" tv in primary bedroom.The living room has 85" sofa with 5"mattress queen sleeper, leather loveseat and cool red lounger.  Plenty of seating for everybody.  Sit out on the balcony in our rocking chair with the sounds of the ocean and watch  pounding   waves that  ease that stress away.  Wireless internet  included : bring laptops and surf while on the balcony watching the surf; best of both worlds.   Counter top eating plus 50's style table.  Cool swivel bar stools that also  decline to chair level.  Private Condo Pool accessible in front of condomium with key lock entry and ocean views.  Numerous restaurants in area.  Unwind at beachy keen.  For more info on oceanfront condo,  access info at vacationrentals 79037

Cool stuff. Furniture: red lounger with very comfortable modern furniture for a happy pleasant stay. (Both children's and adult DVD's) Home theatre for great smooth sounds for movies,music and radio listening.

Sandpiper condo is 24 unit oceanfront condo. Beachy Keen Condo is on 3rd floor end unit with great ocean views and 1st street views. Stairs close to unit if you want to bring bikes to lock up on railing. If requested, can leave bike lock. Condo also has elevator available.

Rocking chairs and regular chairs on balcony. Also one very comfortable lounger on balcony. Mesh wire available for balcony for those smaller pets on request, so no worries. On request will provide children's table and chairs, so children can have their own space for a Beachy Keen stay.

Tile floor mopped spic n span prior your stay. DVD with DVD library. Wireless DSL internet. Landline local phone service. Provide games (Scattergories, backgammon, cards). provide few beach chairs and beach towels for all.

Sleeps 2-6; queen size bed in each bedroom (2) ; 5" queen size sleeper sofa in LR. Each mattress is covered for allergies.

I do allow pets for $100 per approval of breed and weight. Couch is slipcovered during pet's stay.

Condo is wheelchair accessible. 1st bedroom door small but can access it from 2nd bedroom.
Can supply card table on request.

Swimming Pool enclosed. Has outdoor showers and restrooms by swimming pool.

Boardwalk walkway in front of condo.
