Views can be enjoyed from the multiple windows in the unit or the private screened balcony. 4th Floor unit (with elevator) provides privacy from the pool and tiki area. This is located on one of the only walkable beaches in the Keys.
Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Keys is provided in the unit. Master Bdrm has King Bed 2 closets, 2 dressers and master bath with private door to balcony. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 2 dressers. Full Kitchen with breakfast bar has new refrigerator with in door ice and water, new dishwasher, quality utensils and cookware. Dining room is updated with a new glass top table and 6 comfortable chairs. Full Hall bath is convenient to LR, DR and 2nd BDR.
New full size front loading Washer and Dryer units are right in the condo for your convenience. 3 sofas will provide ample space to relax for all. 2 sofas have pullout beds. New Central A/C/heating unit and ceiling fans will make your stay comfortable!
Located off Mile Marker 54 in the Coco Plum Beach Villas. Within the development, there is a heated beachfront pool, tennis court, beachfront tiki hut to enjoy the water's edge, and covered garage parking with addtl parking lot! Only 16 units in the bldg! Renowned Sombrero beach is just minutes away! Also within close proximity...golf, fishing charters, Dolphin Research Center, snorkeling and dive sites, and Key West is just 50 minutes away.
