This house is so cute!  This is a 3/2 home with a open living/dining area and separate den and laundry areas.  In addition to the basics, the rental includes wi-fi, computer, unlimited long distance calling, fully stocked kitchen (even Belgium waffle maker!), and has a HUGE back yard patio with misting fans and lights on the pergola - perfiect place to just sit and read a book.  There is outdoor seating galore, just perfect for those St. Simons evenings.  Quite location lends itself to bike riding (bikes included!), walking, or just enjoying the great fenced-in backyard. 

Included at no extra charge: bikes, computer, internet, unlimited long distance phone calling, all linens, dishes, furnishings.  This house is all on one level, so no steps to navigate. 

St. Simons has many activites scheduled throughout the year.  Antique shows, jazz in the park, free outdoor movies, art shows, etc.  Our moderate temperatures make this an ideal "snow bird" house.  Walk on the beach, bike ride all over the island, shelling on the beach, wind surfing, kayaking, swiming... you will not be bored!

Additional fees: 12% tax on stays under 30 days, 7% tax on stays 31 - 90 days.

$100 cleaning fee added to each stay.  3% service charge for credit card processing; personal checks accepted.  We will rent nightly for $125 night, but must pay $100 cleaning fee.
