This comfortable condo on the 10th floor at Surfside has everything
you want in a vacation rental. All rooms open onto a huge completely
private balcony with a view of the gulf to the south. To the north you have a
partial view of Seascape golf course and the bay beyond.
High ceilings, lots of glass and mirrors, tile floors, and floor-to-
ceiling sliding glass doors create a feeling of light and
spaciousness in this 1150 sq. ft. condo. It is attractively
decorated in a contemporary tropical style.
The eat-in kitchen, complete with ocean view, is fully equipped right down to the crab claw crackers, and the glasstop range makes clean-up a snap. The full-sized washer and dryer are located in the master bath.
The 12 x 18 master bedroom features a king-size bed, two walk-in
closets, and a recently remodeled over-sized bath. You can lie in the bed and watch the surf and hear the waves, listen to the stereo, or watch TV.
The second bedroom contains two double beds and has its own full
bath and private entry. It too opens onto the balcony. Each bedroom
has a TV/VCR or DVD. For extra flexibility, there's also a sofa-bed
in the living room.
In addition to the heated pool and the beach, Surfside has two hot
tubs, suana, and a kiddie pool. The restaurant offers beach view
tables and a cozy bar area with happy hour specials. The owners
operate the poolside tiki-bar in season. Other conveniences include
a picnic area with charcoal grills, a skybridge with picnic tables
overlooking the beach, salon, spa and beach service.
For exercise the building offers a workout room, 2 tennis courts,
basketball, and the building is on the Miramar walking/biking
trail. Within a mile are grocery stores, Silver Sands Designer Outlet
Mall, the Shops of Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf, and numerous
restaurants.
