The master suite has all the amenities for comfort including a king-sized bed, a 50 inch TV, full master bath with twin sinks, oversized tub, granite counters and walk in shower and closet. The guest rooms have one queen-sized bed and the other with a full bed.  Backyard includes beautiful landscaping, large patio, bbq grill and putting green.

Grayhawk’s surroundings are beautifully landscaped with native desert foliage within which you'll find miles of hiking and biking trails that wind peacefully through the community. As a renter you are able to use the private amenities such as the large heated pool, hot tub, wonderful tennis facilities, bar and restaurant, and 18 hole golf course (green fees will apply).
