If you have children, it's great as you can sit on the deck, by the pool, or at the tiki hut while they're enjoying the beach, and you're always close by. There is not quite the wave action you will find on the island, but our beach is beautiful and private, shallow water several hundred feet out with no undertow.

Price is discounted for smaller groups as there is much less wear and tear on property and fewer cleaners are needed, especially with fewer bedrooms in use.  Should you find you will have extra guests  during your stay, contact the owner prior to your arrival for increase in price info.  Failure to do so may result in immediate departure from premises with no refund.
