This tastefully appointed home has a kitchen that is open to the living/dining areas and opens to the oceanfront deck!  The kitchen is completely equipped with all the dishes, flatware, glassware, cooking and baking utensils, toaster, coffee maker and more!  Updated appliances include range, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal and microwave! The dining area has a table that seats six and overlooks the ocean! Enjoy the conveniences of home!

The two ground level bedrooms each have a queen bed with new spreads and all linens are provided!  The master bedroom upstairs has two queen beds!  The master bedroom boasts a garden bath and its own private balcony overlooking the ocean! In the loft area, another single/trundle bed provides additional sleeping accommodations.

This Key West style home sits on a quiet beach, which makes for a great romantic getaway or a family vacation!  Numuerous golf courses are nearby so golfers find this a great combination of beach and golf!

Mar. 1-April 30: $1,800 per week

May 1-Sept 14: $2,000 per week

During peak seson(May 1-Sept. 14): Rentals are weekly from Sat-Sat.

                                                          Check-out before 11:00 am

Rates for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year are $2,000 per week with a 1 week minimum.

Cleaning and 9% tax is charged in addition to the rental rate. 

To reserve the home, a deposit of $700 is required which applies to the total rental amount.

Monthly and week-end rates are available upon request for Sept. 15-April 30.
