Walk 112 steps to the beach, or 92 steps to our private pool equipped with a sauna and whirlpool. 

 Garage equipped with golf carts/clubs/bags for use at our 9 hole exec course which will cost only a $3 reservation fee.

12 tennis courts some with lights, lessons available. 

Many other activities such as bridge, poker, bocce and dance lessons..   

              Dine at the oceanfront restaurant!!

Swimming, golf, tennis, bocce, dancing/dining, cards, exercise room, billiards.

Golf is an Executive course(par 3 and 4) and costs $3 to play with a reservation.

Sunrise Theatre in town(1/2 mile)- (schedule avail on their website)

The Navy Seal Museum(4 miles)

Horseback riding on the beach (7 miles)

The unit is a PENTHOUSE on the 11th floor- it has a main floor with a master(king) bedroom/bath and a queen bedroom. The loft floor has twin beds and a bathroom and it's own balcony with table/chairs with Ocean views.

The views are of the ocean from the living room and kitchen balcony,while the west balcony faces the city of Fort Pierce- my personal favorite for the evening views of the sunset and city lights.
