* Taxes of 11% on a rental less than 6 months.
Deposit of 50% of the total rental + $250 application fee due upon reservation.  Second 50% + Housekeeping fee of $150  + $500 security deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Cashier Checks only.
