Welcome to Donick House. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 sq. ft. house located on the South Padre Island Golf Course. This property includes long distance to US and Canada, satellite TV, wireless computer access, all utilities and yard maintenance. It is located 15 minutes from South Padre Island on the Gulf of Mexico. NO SMOKING OR PETS and PROSPECTIVE TENANTS MUST BE 30 YEARS AND OLDER . Ther property is only rented on a monthly basis. There is a security and cleaning deposit required prior to renting. The security deposit is the same amount as the rent. Vacation rentals offers a very inexpensive insurance policy to cover unforseen damage while staying here. Upon inspection of unit, the security deposit will be returned to tenant.
