Vacation Rental Description

Beutiful newly decorated and updated Ormond Beach OCEANFRONT 
Vacation Rental - NEW renovation 2 bedroom 
2 bathroom condominium on the ocean. The condo is on the third 
floor,with a picture perfect un-obstructed southern view of the 
ocean fornt beach. The unit has ocean views from all rooms.
ALL new hardwood flooring in all main living areas and new 
furniture. 
All new paint inside and out new dooors and windows make it secure 
and quiet.
Elevators, and luggage carts
YES, we are directly on the beach so you can walk from the 
pool to beach. NO CARS on the beach and you DO NOT have to cross 
A1A...very safe and convenient

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living Room is nicely furnished and has 
new wood flooring. The living room has a 32" televison with 
remote and cable TV and DVD player. 

Dining room- beutiful new dining set  seats 4 - 6 

The kitchen - fully stocked including all new appliances,DW,STOVE, 
FRIG. spices,microwave,toaster,blender,can opener,coffee 
maker,dishes,silverware, glasses, pot,pans, utensiles, everything to 
make your stay comfortable. 

Laundry Room - A washer and dryer are avaiable for your use 
on same floor.

Master Bedroom - includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed. There is a 27" tv 
with remote and cable. There is also a full bath off the master 
bedroom. 

Second bedroom - features 2 queen beds w/ a 27" televison with 
remote and cable. This bedroom is next to the 
second bathroom that features a tub/shower. 

All linens and towels are availble including beach towels.

Balcony- with ocean views and is accessed from the living room 
through brand new sliding glass doors.

The Pool - there is a private pool w/deck(see picture) which is 
right next 
to the beach for an easy walk to the ocean. There are lounge chairs 
provided at the pool

Buiding amenities- there is access to WI-FI and shared building computer to 
check e-mail and such. There is an outside gas grill for your use 
with picnic tables for eating. 
A BRAND NEW fully equipped workout room 
with NEW state of the art equipment and his & her saunas. 

There is also a huge recreational room in the building along with a 
ping pong and pool tables for your enjoyment. Including a 
library, card tables, and kitchenette for entertainment use. The 
building has a beautiful newly decorated lobby with a front desk 
attendant during the day. You access your unit through inside secure 
hallways. New Security sysytem w/camera viewing for security access 
to the building via TV set and phone buzzer.

Telephone - There is unlimited local phone service. NO LONG DISTANCE 
AVAILABLE (will need a phone card for access)

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the beautiful beach and enjoy the pool and recreation area. 
You are just an hour from Orlando and many attractions such as 
Disney Word, Universal Studios, Epcot,and Sea World.

Great resturants, shops, golf and tennis are all near by

Airports- Orlando Intl - 60 minutes , Jacksonville Intl - 90 
minutes, Daytona Beach Intl - 15 minutes

Vacation Rental Rates

The rate is $1700/ month with a 2 MONTH MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED
PAYMENT IN FULL must be recieved 30 days prior to date of arrival
Additional partial months @ $450/wk 

Rates are exclusive of the 12.5% Fla State tax and tourism tax
One time $75.00 cleaning fee
Includes utilities up to $100 per month
Must be 25 to secure the rental
Call or e-mail for any questions
We require a $450 deposit to hold the reservation, the deposit is 
refunded 10 days after departure once the unit is cleaned and 
checked and left in the same condition upon your arrival less the 
$65.00 cleaning fee above.

NO smoking(smoking on balcony only)
No Pets
Absolutely NO sub-leasing
Cancellation- The deposit is refunded provided cancellation is made 
60 days before reservation arrival date
