YES, we are ON the beach so you can walk from the pool to beach.
NO CARS on the beach and you DO NOT have to cross A1A

The rate is $1800/ month with a 2 MONTH MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED
PAYMENT IN FULL must be received 30 days prior to date of arrival
Additional partial months @ $450/wk
Rates are exclusive of the 12.5% Fla State tax and tourism tax
One time $75.00 cleaning fee
Includes utilities up to $100 per month
Must be 25 to secure the rental
