Escorial Suite - PRICE REDUCED!! in Mazatlan

Escorial Suites is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite located 1 block from the beach.  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge and gas stove and dishes for 4 people.  The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.  Both rooms have large closets.  There is a small court yard at the back of the suite which has a washer and dryer.  From the roof top deck of the 4 story building you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the Golden Zone.  Close up and Large Scale Maps available for the area. 

Within a 15 min walk south or north from the condo you can access several grocery stores, restaurants, tourist shops, theatres, and many hotels of the Golden Zone.  Public transit (buses, taxis,and  pulmonias)  is 1/2 block from the door of the unit.  By travelling south 15 minutes you can see all the sites in El Centro.  The market, cathedral, and many art museums are in this area.  You can also hike to the top of the light house hill for a spectacular view of the coast or take a water taxi ($2) across to Stone Island and spend the day on a beautiful secluded beach.  If you travel north you will see the marina area and many new high rise condos.  15 min by taxi or bus will bring you to Cerritos area .  Here you will find a quiet beach with a great restaurant called Mr. Lionoso.
