The Fashion Room is a former sewing workshop totally transformed in october 2009 into a Luxury Loft that will make you live a unique experience in Paris.

It is centrally and conveniently situated in the neighborhood of the Felix Faure area (15th district), a few minutes from Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, the Seine River and the nearest metro station at just 2 steps away.

The neighborhood is quiet, one of the safetiest area in Paris according to Paris Police Department, with numerous shops and stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. (Village spirit and family area)

The LOFT is on the ground floor in a prestigious 19th century building with 2 security system at the main entrance. It measures about 25 / 30m² . It has parquet flooring + cement tiles, 2 large windows and 2 skylight (one over the kitchen /dining area and one over the living area).

The Fashion Room is equipped with famous designers furniture : chairs from Charles & Ray Eames (Eames Eiffel DSR Chair), rocking chair from Charles & Eames, decoration appliance from Paola Navone, ... Some other furniture :table, a double bed (with double mattress) for 2, a fully equipped kitchen , a chest of drawers, Television, Telephone, internet (bring your laptop) 

Luxury kitchen in Corian fully equipped with a Fridge, 2 induction electric burners, Nespresso coffee maker, a microwave, a set of kitchen utensils.(all new equipment)

The apartment is equipped with a Luxury Italian bathroom from Boffi which consists of an enclosed shower, a wash basin and the toilet. "Zaha Hadid" style Floor and wall tiles. An initial set of bed linen and towels are provided.

Automatic heating by the building makes the studio warm at all times. Please refrain from smoking inside the flat.
