A truly lovely house in a secluded park like setting. 1 hour 15 min drive from Midtown Tunnel. The short walk to the bay takes you through areas of protected wetlands and rustic waterfront docks. 5 minute drive to beach. Outdoor shower for after beach rinse. New insulated windows, new paint - inside and out, new insulation. Nice appliances. Large storage shed. Lots of charm and amazing trees. House is not furnished, but possible furnishing arrangements could be made. House share arrangements are a possibilty as well. Pets ok upon approval.
