The Red Cabin at 666 East Lake Rd. in Keuka Lake

This cottage is located on keuka Lakes desirable east side.  Beautiful views from the large patio area.  

There is space to park for up to 5 cars.

There are 5 steps leading up to the cottage and patio area.

Newly constructed terraced walls and stone steps lead to the grassy beach area with large permanent dock.

There is a full kitchen and a large combination dining and living room area.  The cottage has three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a single and one with two sets of bunk beds.

The bathroom has a stand up shower ,vanity and toilet.

Bedding provided includes mattress pads,bedspreads, blanket, and pillow for each bed.  Towels and linens are not provided.

Fishing, swimming,boating, or just relaxing.

Rooms enough on the dock for several chairs to sunbath in.  Area where you can walk into the lake .

This cottage rents for $1000.00 a week for the months of May, June, September and October, or $150.00 a night.

The months of July and August have a weekly rate of $1200.00 or $185.00 a night.

The cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3:30 and check out time is 12:00 noon.

50% of the weekly rent is due at the time the reservation is made and a $300.00 security deposit is required.

Yates county charges a 4% tax on all rentals.  We add the 4% to each rental and pay the county on a quarterly basis.
