This home has over 2600 sq ft spread across four bedrooms and large living spaces. excluding the lanai and is in pristine condition.

The master bedroom suite (on one side of the home) has a king sized bed, cable TV, DVD player and large private bathroom as well as access to the lanai and a clear view of Marco sunsets !

Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with cable TV and a DVD player. Bedroom 3 has a day bed with two twin mattresses. Bedroom 4 has a door seperating it from the rest of the home making it a "second master" and has a queen sized bed. All linens, pillows, comforters, and towels are provided as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The family room, Kitchen area has full views of the water with all seating geared towards these views. In addition there is a 50' plasma TV with DVD, Cable and surround sound for night time viewing !

The home is on a wide canal at the end providing exceptional long water views with both views of the sunrise and sunset. The dock is brand new (March 2009) and affords great fishing from the backyard.
