Beach House in Exclusive Golf Resort of Paraiso del Mar in La Paz

Situated on 'El Mogote' in the new resort development of Paraiso del Mar, this brand new 3,000 square foot beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is perfect for a couple or 2 to 3 families who want to relax after a day of golf, fishing, boating, kayaking, tennis, and shopping to name a few. The home is the largest of the models in the development. It has two master suites each with King beds, double sinks and sunken tubs. A third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and there is a detached one bedroom casita with a queen bed, TV and separate bathroom. There is also a pull out queen bed in the living room and a dining table that will accommodate up to twelve. The back yard has a covered lanai with fire pit and both dining and lounging furniture. The home is ideally situated within steps of the beach, kayaks, community pools, tennis courts and an 18 hole golf course. It boasts ideal running trails for all levels of running enthusiasts.

If you choose to fly into the La Paz airport, it is a short 15 minute taxi ride to the privately owned Paraiso del Mar dock where you will board the complimentary eco-friendly boat for your 10 minute ride to "El Mogote." El Mogote is a privately owned peninsula situated across from the Malecon in downtown La Paz and accessible only by guests of Paraiso del Mar and golfers of the award winning Arthur Hill's designed 18 hole golf course.

Transportation from Cabo can also be arranged.  It is an approximate 2 hour ride from Cabo.

The home has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, service for 12, a propane barbecue for the 'catch of the day' and includes the latest in electronics such as a 50 inch plasma TV with Sky Satellite, DVD collection, surround sound, ipod dock, and Wii. It also has a washer and dryer.  Each bathroom has a hairdryer and all soaps and shampoos are provided and complimentary. Ceiling fans are in every major room. Beach towels are provided. Housekeeping and private chef can be provided on a daily or weekly basis at an additional fee.

There is a private gated and covered courtyard in front with a BBQ and dining furniture.  Additionally, there is a covered Lanai in the back with fire pit, dining furniture, sand volleyball court and beautiful views of downtown La Paz where you can sip your margarita or enjoy your favorite book.

Paraiso del Mar is a Private Resort Development located on "El Mogote" which is home to La Paz's first 18 hole golf course. It is accessible by private boat which is complimentary to guests and runs every 15 minutes from the dock on the Malecon.  

Our home is one house from the beach.  Guests have access to two swimming pools one of which is located steps from the home.  Tennis courts are available on the property. Kayaks are complimentary on the beach. Whether it is a golf or fishing weekend you desire, or an extended stay, our home is the perfect location to relax and unwind.
