Romantic Waikoloa Colony Villas, A Prestigious Destination Resort

of winter snow-capped Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea Volcanoes. This
dramatic new villa also has stunning views of the palm-studded golf
course and Kohala Mts. It is a spacious 1,598 sq ft including lanais
& garage. Also see our poolside villa, #2004, in Waikoloa Colony
Villas on this website, #12343. To see a map of where these two best
locations in the Waikoloa Colony Villas are, go to our own website
below.

Beautifully situated on the 15th fairway of Waikoloa Beach Golf
Course, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa is perfect for family
vacations, couples or friends traveling together.

Gated Waikoloa Colony Villas is the best complex in this exclusive
Waikoloa Beach Resort, which Conde Nast Traveler rates in the 25 Top
Pacific Rim Resorts. It is on the Kohala coast with the best beaches
and weather on the island, not the same as Waikoloa Village, 8 miles
inland.

Sophisticated Upscale Decor At Our Villa

Our villa is a contemporary expression of aloha, furnished with a an
island flavor in warm inviting colors. Original artwork, live
orchids, granite, marble, and quality, yet kid-friendly, furniture
with vintage Hawaiian print fabrics create a beautiful relaxing
environment. On those balmy 75-degree days let ceiling fans stir the
air with breezes off the ocean or use air-conditioning.

Our Hawaiian-styled townhome is an award winning architectural
design with windows on four sides and no one above or below. It has
a rare sense of individuality and privacy. Set among acres of
tropical landscaping with over 250 palms, it is the least dense
complex in the resort. It is light and airy with a 17-ft ceiling in
the living room. We furnish wireless high speed Internet, 3 flat
screen TVs, CDs, VCR, and DVDs.

Prepare fresh fish and locally grown fruit from Kona’s Farmers’
Market in your own well-equipped, chef’s kitchen or dine at great
local restaurants.

Privacy is ensured with a bedroom and a bath on each level. The
upper master suite has handsome giant bamboo furniture including a
king bed with quality linens. The spacious master suite features
marble counters, twin sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower.

On the ground floor a charming second bedroom has extra-long twins,
convertible to a full-sized king, and a bath with tub and shower.
Additional guests are accommodated with a comfortable queen sofa bed
or a child's inflatable air mattress.

You’ll create wonderful memories every day you stay in this magical
paradise.

How soon can you get here?

Guestbook comments from previous guests.

8/10/04: "Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo on the Big
Island! I can't express how comfortable we felt each day after our
activities-returning here to rest. We enjoyed all of the extras you
provided-snorkeling equipment, boogie boards & chef's kitchen! Loved
the antique pieces!" Copied from a letter to Owners, Lil, CA

08/10/04: "We enjoyed visiting Volcano National Park twice, numerous
trips out for homemade ice cream and shaved ice, treatments at the
Kohala spa at the Hilton, horseback rides in Waipio Valley,
catamaron sails, maxing (roasting) our own Kona coffee at UCCM on
Napoopoo Rd, kayaking down Humin Da Ditch, watching the dophins at
Dolphin Quest. We don't want to leave this special place!

Hot tips: Mrs. Barry's Kona Cookies Shop (near Costco) and homemade
plumeria leis, first exit after airport & Kohala Book Shop in
Kapa'au." Copied from our Guest Book, The Leslies, CA

8/10/04: "We have enjoyed our stay here sooo much! We took a
helicopter ride to the volcano! Wow! We also met an amazing
children's author named Mary Kioka. She autographed some of the
books we purchased. She also graciously showed us her protrait
studio & garden. It was amazing.

Mauna Kea, A Bay and Hapuna Beaches are beautiful and great for
kids. Eat at Bamboo Restaurant in Hawi and Tex's in Honakoa." Child-
entered comment from our Guest Book. Gwen, CA

7/08/04: "The villa was even more beautiful than the pics could
show. The girls were all impressed. We had everything we needed plus
some. Snorkel gear + boogie boards were a nice plus. We shopped and
played all over the island.

We strongly suggest the Fairwinds snorkel cruise. None of us were
experienced at snorkeling, but they taught us on the cruise to
Cook’s Cove. We all became experts in no time. What an experience!
We saw Dolphins and flying fish on the 5 hour cruise and trolled for
deepsea fish. If anyone hooked one, anyone on board could fight the
fish. Very exciting! The cove was pristine. Visibility unlimited.
Tropical fish in technicolor aplenty. We took pics with your
underwater camera and everyone that looked at them says it looks
like fun.

A highlight of our trip was horseback riding in Waiipio Valley,
riding on the rim of the valley with an unbelievable view, ending at
a private waterfall, where we swam and had a picnic lunch for
several hours. Not recommended for the very young or faint at heart.
We had a blast and the pics from this activity are priceless. The
wranglers were the best-good looking, funny and very helpful. We
attempted to see the volcano at night, but came unprepared for a
long trek over lava at night with one flashlight for 5 people, not
enough. Email to Owners, Robin Anderson, Las Vegas

6/04/04: "What a beautiful place. My compliments to the decorator.
The bed is very comfortable. The high speed modem is working great.
This is really the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in.
Thank you sooo much. Whew! This is a big place!" Email sent to
Owners, Ron and Rhonda, Maui, Hawaii

5/26/04: This condo was a great find. New, clean and very well
appointed. It backs up to the golf course and the lanai opens to a
grassy open space area. One of the best units in the development. We
all enjoyed it immensely! Mahalo and Aloha. Glenn, San Francisco

5/17/04: We just returned from our 3 week stay on 3 islands, our
10th Hawaii vacation. Finding your Home in Kona was one of the best
things on our vacation. Our only complaint was we did not stay long
enough on The Big Island. We enjoyed the quiet, clean, well equipped
Condo, and will return. Thank you again for the stay in your "Home".
Paul & Becky, California

5/05/04: "We have visited the Hawaiian Islands several times in the
past few years. This condo by far has been the best. Our first time
to the Big Island was very memorable. Will definitely be back."
Rebecca & Bryant, Honeymooners, San Diego, CA

4/24/04: What an unexpected surprise. This is a very unique vacation
spot as it is so intimate and unusual. It is not typical white
wicker furniture and a hotel style condo with tropical prints, but
exquisite orchids and darling appointments. Not just the bare
kitchen but one complete so that we didn't have to scrounge to make
something work. There were so many things around the home that you
would find at special places including games and wonderful books.
The decorating and ambiance make this an open, sunny, cool and
lovely house. The owners obviously made it a place they are proud to
share as if with their best friends and their guests. Anonymous,
Dillon Beach, CA

4/19/04: "Beautifully equipped unit. We recommend sunset pupus at
the Mauna Kea, late afternoons at Hapuna and a trip to the
volcano." The Jeffersons, Los Altos, CA. Copied from Our Guest
Book.

3/28/04: "A great place to stay! The condo was well-equipped for our
family. We especially enjoyed the most beautiful beaches only a
short drive away-Mauna Kea & Hapuna. This is a nice place to stay.
The beach gear was much appreciated. The kids boogie boarded and
snorkled to their heart's content." From our Guest Book, The Dunn
Family, BC, Canada

3/15/04: Couldn't have had a better time. Great place, well kept,
close to the best places on the island. We would never stay at a
hotel with a place like this available. Thanks again!!! See you next
time. Eben Eck, Baltimore, MD

3/12/04: "Wow! What a comfortable accommodating home in a beautiful
part of the world. We would definitely recommend this to others. We
appreciate the nice linens and nice furniture. We are headed home to
install a ceiling fan in our bedroom! Cannot wait to return!
Exceeded our expectations." From our Guest Book, Mr. & Mrs. Ballew,
Vancouver, WA

2/14/04: "It's going to be very difficult to leave your beautiful
place. Many thanks for allowing us to rent your lovely condo." Greg
& Heather, Whitby, Canada. From our Guest Book.

2/07/04: "We have never stayed at a better equipped condo! When we
go away, we like to cook in the unit; you seem to have thought of
everything! Kona coffee waiting in the unit for the morning after
our arrival was a very pleasant surprise. We will definitely look
for this place next time we are going to Hawaii." From our Guest
Book. Mary & Marty, Ontario, Canada
