Additional living room area with dining area and desk for work which includes wireless internet.
Master has king size bed with new mattres, master bath with garden tab, his and her sinks and walk in closet. TV for night time viewing. Ceramic tiled walls. All linens and hair dryers are provided.
Second bedroom has queen bed and bath adjacent for guest use.
Third bedroom has queen bed with adjacent bath.
There are desk supplies, etc... makes life easy for those that need to work away from home.
Living room has vaulted ceiling, fireplace, flat ScreenTV along with ample seating. This is an open floor plan home with kitchen, family room combined
There is a gas BBQ grill on the screen lanai along with an outside refrigerator and kitchen area. Enjoy this private sunny lanai and the view of the golf course.

Country Club Heated Pool is walking distance ( pool heat for the homes pool is $50 per week minimum) $500 deposit
