One Of The Best Trips

Our trip to Las Vegas was exceptional! The room on the 38th floor at The Signature was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and at a reasonable price. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The view was simply amazing. We loved the smoke-free atmosphere and safe feel of The Signature; yet still close to The Strip and monorail. We can't wait until our next trip to Vegas!!!

Excellent Experience

We had a truly wonderful experience. The condo was gorgeous and clean. I'm always concerned about the standards of cleanliness in rentals but this place was spotless! I was a little hesitant to rent from a homeowner directly, however the check-in was seamless and Allan was responsive to all our questions, both before and during our stay. The view was amazing and the room luxurious. The best way to experience Las Vegas with the first-class access to the monorail and MGM Grand. My only complaint... it was too short. I would absolutely love to stay here again. A 5-star experience all the way!

Recommended for: tourists without a car, romantic getaway

I wan to thank Allan for coming through with a truly spectacular experience. I was concerned about renting through a private owner but everything worked very smoothly. We checked in just like at any hotel and the staff and property is 5-star. Allan was very professional and handled questions both before as well as during our stay very promptly and efficiently. We can't wait to return!
