Spend your vacation as our guests in our Park City townhome built in 2005 with over 2,200 square feet. Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and bedding, this luxury Park City townhouse comes complete with everything you need for your family vacation, including your own private hot tub on the covered deck.

DOWNSTAIRS - The downstairs living room has a large LCD TV, Playstation 2, X box, and DVD player with a large assortment of movies, PlayStation / X box games, a mountain of board games and books for the whole family. Have fun playing and competing with your friends/family on Guitar Hero II/III. A large sectional sofa and group sized bean bag make this a great place for the kids and adults to hang out. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. The sofa folds out to a queen bed so this room could easily serve as a fifth bedroom.  There are also an extra queen air mattress in the closet. 

MAIN LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN The main living area is tastefully and comfortably decorated, with plenty of room for socializing, or just relaxing after a full day of activity in front of the fireplace, Sony plasma HDTV equipped with high definition DVR, and Bose sound system with CD/DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with newer appliances, granite counter tops, and counter seating with a large dining table with seating for 10. Our kitchen is designed for cooking and entertaining. There are plenty of utensils, bowls, pots, pans, and everything else you need to cook up a storm. A coffee maker and blender are also available for your drink creations. A gas grill is located on the covered deck right outside the kitchen, which makes everything convenient.

UPSTAIRS You will find 4 bedrooms with quality furniture, 2 full baths and a fully equipped laundry room.

This is a non-Smoking and no pets vacation rental.  There is a 5-night minimum during holidays and Sundance.  All other stays have a 3-night minimum.

Four additional ski resorts are located within 45 minutes so you can enjoy a different ski resort every day of the week.
