This 3 story beach home gives you the relaxing feeling and look of Key West, but the luxury of being
in the best area of Destin with great views of the emerald gulf waters. The beach is literally
steps from your private pool - not blocks, just steps. Take the elevator up to the 2nd or 3rd level
where you'll find balconies as long as the home itself. (Please note that the elevator is not
wheelchair accessible)

Every room in this home steps out to a covered balcony where you'll enjoy the fresh sea air and the
beauty of your personal pool, palm trees and the sugar sand beach. Lounge in the hammock, splash in
your pool, relax in the many beach chairs, and enjoy the evening with a bar-b-que dinner.

The first level has a game room including a pool table, air hockey, and fooseball, a full size
bathroom perfect for showering after a dip in the pool, bedroom with TV, DVD player and X-Box
console and games, laundry room and mini fridge for your pool drinks. Basketball goal completes the
fun for your kids - or the kid in you - while on vacation.

The second level offers a bedroom, full size bathroom, living area, dining, kitchen with granite
counters and breakfast bar. For mealtime, between the large balcony and dining area, there is
seating for 21.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms and a kitchen/coffee/wine bar. This
convenient bar offers a sink, microwave, coffee maker, and wine fridge. Each bedroom is furnished
with mahagony furniture, large TVs, and tropical linens. The master bath has been completely
remodeled to give you a double headed travertine shower, large enough for 2 people, as well as a
custom double vanity. Each bedroom has a private entrance to the large balcony. Make your favorite
coffee, or get a glass of wine, grab a book, relax on the outdoor sofa, and enjoy the waves while
never leaving the 3rd floor. Remember too, taking the elevator gets you from floor to floor with
ease.

Located in Crystal Beach, and close to the new Destin Commons shopping center and just 4 miles to
Silver Sands Outlet Mall; this resort is within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, and also
close to shopping centers, grocery stores, and family fun.

Things to do in Destin:

Silver Sands Factory stores, just a few miles away has over 100 designer outlet stores. In fact, Silver Sands is the largest designer outlet mall in America! Just a few of the stores are: Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Nike, Reebok, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Some of the rsturants include Panera Bread, Carabba's Italian Grill and Cheeseburger in Paradise.

Even closer than Silver Sands is Destin Commons outdoor mall. Some of the stores include Ambercrobie & Fitch, Ann Taylor, Belk, Books-A-Million, Maui Nix Surf shop and Bass Pro Shop. For the latest movies there is Rave Motion Pictures theater. In center court everyone always has fun at the random "pop up" fountain that kids young and old enjoy playing in and there is a playground area for the kids. Some of the great resturants include: Hard rock Cafe, Panera Bread, and Johnny Rockets.

Grande Boulevard, just east of Silver Sands and Sandestin, features stores such as Billabong, Brooks Brother County Club, Coldwater Creek, J.Crew at-the-beach anmd Tommy Bahama's Emporium. Great dining can be found at PF Changs, Flemings, Catina Laredo and Mitchell's Fish Market.

Big Kahuna's Water park is 3 miles away and has great water rides like Thunder River, Maui Pipeline Speed slides, Lazy River and try surfing on the Honolulu Half Pipe. Keep in mind, what you see from the road is only half of this parks attractions, the other half is on the backside of the mountain!             

The Track Amusement Center, 2.5 miles away, has mini golf, water bumper boats, go carts and even great rides for the toddlers. For those brave enough, they also offer bungee jumping.

Destin is known as the "World's Luckiest Fishing Village" and is home to the largert fishing fleet in the state of Florida. Many charter boats offer half day and full day excursions. Also in the harbor area are glass bottom boats, dolphin crusies, and jet/pontoon boats rentals.
