The Newpark development is 5 miles from downtown Park City, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley. The townhouse is also 3 miles from The Canyons Resort, and .25 miles from the Park City exit off of I-80. This is a great family area, as there is a movie theatre, a bowling alley, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in walking distance. The Redstone complex is located across the parking lot. This great location is close to all of the necessities and has something for everyone.
