This beautiful home is a great deal and much less than paying for hotel (remember, hotels also tack on lots of taxes you may not expect on top of your daily rate that can easily add up to 13 to 20 percent extra). Considering the condominium sleeps up to 4 people.
This rate does not include maid service, which can be made available for $75 extra per day. If you don't opt for daily maid service, there will be a $75 cleaning fee added on to your rate.F

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be in writing and you may lose your security deposit if we stay with the apartment empty for the days that have been reserved.

CHECK-IN & OUT
The time of check-in is 3 PM and time of Check-out is at 11 AM.
But we can be flexible if we do not have another renter coming.

RENTAL PAYMENTS
50% of total rental amount is required for  Book it and
Final payment is due   7 days beafore   arrival.
