Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed

comfortable lounge chairs make this a very special place. Or, step
outdoors and right onto the path leading to the bay and fishing

   Smoking is permitted on the front porch and lanai
* Minimum stay 1 week or 7 nights.
* Rental rates are based on occupancy by two persons.
* All rates are subject to 11% Florida sales tax.
* A $300 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
   The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after
   departure, less damages, phone charges, extra cleaning etc.
* A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date
   to ensure refund of security deposit.
* All money (security deposit, rent, tax) must be received at least
   thirty days prior to arrival. If the unit is reserved less than
   thirty days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of
   reservation.
* All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check,
   money order, travelers check, or credit card.
* Rates and tax are subject to change.
* Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
* All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
   (parent or legal guardian).
* Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, R.V.'s, campers,
   commercial trucks, and motorcycles are not permitted on the
   property.
