Siesta Key. This beautiful and unique gated condominium community is 
located on the Intracoastal and features The world-renowned white 
sands of Crescent Beach (rated one of the top ten in the US!) and 
the beautiful Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk away.

This one bedroom, first floor home is newly remodeled and is among 
the finest in the complex. It has an attached garage and features a 
water view of the bay and harbor. Conveniently located across from the 
large heated pool, sauna, gas grills, and club house with exercise
facility. 

Entry: A beautiful newly tiled entry way leads you into the 
comfortable living quarters in this one-bedroom one-bath home. 
Adjacent to the entry is a king-size washer and dryer, and access to 
the master bath, with vanity, two sinks,full tub and shower. 

Kitchen: The well-lit and newly tiled kitchen is fully equipped for 
all of your cooking or baking tastes. Modern appliances include 
large refrigerator/ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric 
range and oven, and disposal. Included in the kitchen is a cozy yet 
functional eating area with a computer desk. Bring your laptop computer 
along and enjoy free internet access, or if you choose not to bring a
laptop, 
there is a desktop in the front office for your use at no additional
charge

Living Area: You’ll look forward to curling up for a good read or a 
little snooze on the new queen size sofa/sleeper or one of the two 
comfy recliners in this large (40’ x 13’) and very comfortable 
living room. A new cable TV/VCR/DVD is included. A full-sized dining 
room table and chairs completes this great room, and the pass-
through counter from the kitchen, complete with bar stools, makes 
entertaining or in-home dining a breeze. All new carpet, too! 

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed 
with a new pillow top mattress, Cable TV, large walk-in closet and 
private dressing area with sink, vanity and excellent lighting.

Lanai: The private, screened lanai boasts a lovely water view of the 
harbor and the Intracoastal. New patio furniture, including 
comfortable lounge chairs make this a very special place. Or, step 
outdoors and right onto the path leading to the bay and fishing 
pier. Either way, you'll love this area.

•  Sorry, non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. 
   Smoking is permitted on the front porch and lanai
•  Minimum stay 1 week or 7 nights.
•  Rental rates are based on occupancy by two persons.  
•  All rates are subject to 11% Florida sales tax. 
•  A $300 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation.  
   The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after
   departure, less damages, phone charges, extra cleaning etc.
•  A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date
   to ensure refund of security deposit.
•  All money (security deposit, rent, tax) must be received at least
   thirty days prior to arrival.  If the unit is reserved less than
   thirty days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of     
   reservation.
•  All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check,
   money order, travelers check, or credit card.
•  Rates and tax are subject to change.
•  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
•  All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
   (parent or legal guardian).
•  Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, R.V.'s, campers,
   commercial trucks, and motorcycles are not permitted on the     
   property.
