Join the locals for breakfast at the Ferry Dock. Pirate's Ridge Deli offers casual dining, and sometimes a pizza boat lands at the beach!

There are scheduled "events" on Water Island. Heidi's Honeymoon Grill cooks a candlelight dinner on Honeymoon Beach on Saturday nights. Monday nights a "drive in" movie is shown on a screen tied between two palms on Honeymoon Beach – Heidi provides popcorn, hot dogs, etc. Just pull up in your golf cart. Heidi also cooks lunch on Honeymoon Beach most days. Joe's bar is in the far corner of Honeymoon Beach where you can order frozen drinks and other cool drinks. And if you're lucky, you may be there for Bingo on the beach or even the annual auction.

Rates

- $1,500/week (1-4 guests)

- $2000/week (5-8 guests)

- 20% discount August - October!  

- Includes golf cart

- Children under age 3 are not counted

- 1/2 Deposit is required- plus $250 refundable security deposit

- Prorated for addtional nights

- Remaining rent is due two weeks prior to arrival

- You will be met and taken to the house by the property manager who answer all your questions and aquaint you with the house and the island

- Check out time is 10:30am unless other arrangements are made in advance

the beach never has more than a handful of people, lots of iguanas, turtles, and bird life, your own private island....

Danger: if you go to Casa Blanca, you'll never want to leave.  No one ever has.
