Inside the tastefully decorated 4 year old cottage you'll find a fridge, microwave, 4 burner gas stove and oven, washer & dryer as well as 4 TVs. Its waiting just for you!

DIRECTIONS: Interstate 90 (New York State Thruway) to Exit 27--Amsterdam, Turn right off the ramp heading North on Rte 30 for 8 miles At intersection of Rte. 30 & 29, turn right heading east 1 mile (first trafic light) take left on Second Ave.(STEWARTS convenience store/gas station), proceed to the four corner intersection and turn right onto Main St., follow Main St. which forces you to bear right on North St.(you are now in front of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church) go 7 tenths of a mile and turn left at "Y" intersection onto Lakeview Road (see large blue and orange sign SPRINGERS Towing & Garage). After turning onto Lakeview Rd. go another 7 tenths of a mile and turn left on to McMurray Rd, (private boat launch) when you come to the red gate make a right turn down a tiny little dirt road. Were the last cottage on the left. YOU HAVE ARRIVED , "WELCOME" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PEAK Season: June 23 to Sept. 8, $1500 (FULL WEEKS ONLY), SAVE $200 if paid in full by 2/28.

Resevation Fee $500 due at booking, 2nd payment $500 by May 1 ,balance due 30 days prior to check-in.          .

Early Summer Sseason -  Apr 14 - June 23  $650.week, or ( $175.night - 3 night Minimum) Full payment due at time of booking.

 Memorial Weekend, May 26 - May 28, $825. 3 or 4 Night Stay same price.
Labor Day Weekend, wiil accept weekend booking after 8/13, $900. 3 night stay.                    Columbus Weekend, October 6 - 8, $825, 3 night stay

Fall Weekly Special Sept. 8 - Oct. 21 $650 week or $150 nightly 3 Nights Min.

 SECURITY DEPOSIT                                                                                                                  The deposit is required for all rentals (3 day or full weeks)                                                    A $500 Security Deposit (refundable) is due three (30) days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will not be deposited unless items are missing and or damage is done. Your Security check will either be destoyed or returned 30 days after your departure date.

A copy of your driver's license is required along with a signed contract, the

 Reservation Fee  and or Full paymentis is due 5 days after the contact is approved.
