The Cedar House at Montgomery Center in Jay Peak

The Cedar House at Montgomery Center is a all year round rental
log home only 8 miles from Jay Peak.
The Cedar House was built by a local builder in 2005 on 5.5
acres of wooded land. The Barnett family purchased the house as a second home, and makes it available for short term rentals. A small brook runs behind the house and there are  trails for hiking and snowshoeing on the property.
We have enjoyed our home as a winter wonderland, with
exceptional spring skiing and  fishing, great summertime fun, and
beautiful vistas while hiking and biking in the fall.

time for rest and relaxation.
Canadian border is a 15 minute short drive away.

when you book a full week we discount $250 = $1500/week

Winter Rates Jan 2 2013- April 15th , 2013                        

  $400/night weekends & $300/night weekdays (2 night minimium)

Holiday Rates/ 4 nights minimium

December 21-28  1st 4 nights $ 2400 . Each addiitonal weekday night $400/night and weekend night $800/night

Decemeber 28-Jan 1 Rental $3200 each additional night $400/night

No cleaning fee 

$100.00 Cleaning fee will only be charges on stays less then 3 nights 

9% Vermont Room Tax will be added to all bookings
