Beautiful, highly furnished waterfront home right on the Swan River. This 3,400 square foot home has appr. 200 feet of direct Swan River frontage with views of the river from nearly every room includng the sitting room and living room. The other side of the house overlooks a large, private front yard for your enjoyment.

The home is unique in that it has two master suites at opposite ends of the house -- each with its own bathroom and one with a small, adjacent private office for your use. An additional bedrrom and bathroom is in the center of the house.

The living room is large and has a stone fireplace. The living room has picture windows overlooking the river on one side, and it has direct access to the large 500 sq ft deck which overlooks the river. A barbeque and canoe are kept on the property for your enjoyment.

There is a separate dining area and a separate sitting/reading room and a large kitchen which is fully firnished and equipped. Lastly, there is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink.

The house has been fully renovated over the years and is designed with some wonderful antiques and furnishings combined with a soft leather sofa and loveseat in the living room.

The property is southwestly-facing so that you can enjoy vivid sunsets each night.

The property is conveniently located, only 8-10 minutes driving from the restaurants, galleries, Summer Playhouse, and shopping in downtown Bigfork.

The house is fully furnished and equipped in all respects including, for example, full-service satellite television, full WiFi Internet service, music, deck furniture, barbeque, canoe and paddles, board and card games, video library, and much more.

Downtown Bigfork, with its restaurants, stores and shops, galleries, and Summer Playhouse is only 8-10 minutes away. Beautiful Glacier National Park, Echo Lake, the more rugged hiking trails of the Jewel Basin Hiking area, Eagle Bend Golf Course, and Whitefish are also nearby.

The house is available throughout 2013. Normally leqases are ona weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday), but other arrangements can be made (5-night minimum). In addition, we welcome those persons or families with other schedules or who wish to spend several weeks or months at our home.

Summer, 2013 Rate - June 1- Sept 15 is $2,195 per week.

Off-Season Rate: April 1- May 31 and Sept 15 - Oct 31 is $1,795 per week. 

50% rental amount due upon booking / Balance 45 days prior to arrival.

Refundable security deposit: $1,000.
