Casa Tortuga in Puerto Vallarta

Casa Tortuga is a traditional style Mexican villa with a total of 6,000 square feet, including the pool area, veranda and sun deck with seating areas.  While all bedrooms have A/C, the villa is open with great views over the large Bay and the Pacific, providing many areas from which to enjoy the villa and it’s surroundings.  It is located on one of the largest properties in Conchas Chinas, the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, and as a result affords unparalleled privacy.

Casa Tortuga has 5 bedrooms and 6 baths.  It has a dining area inside as well as one under a separate cupola with seating in each for 10-12.  There is a  living room/TV area with seating for 12 as well as several seating areas on the veranda and 10 lounges down by the sundeck, all offering beautiful views of the town, the bay, the ocean and the lovely sun sets. In addition to a pool the house has a car port with space for 2 cars and there is a full time staff of a cook, a houseman and a maid.  While two meals are served each day - breakfast and dinner, other arrangements can be made with the staff. 

The villa is within walking to beaches (10 minutes) and town (20-35 minutes, depending on how far into town you wish to go.  There is access to a concierge who can make arrangements for virtually any type of activity you could wish for from golfing, swimming with dolphins, parasailing, sailing, jetskiing, canopy tours, horse back riding, daily boat trips for snorkling, scuba diving, etc.

The listed rates refer to High Season (Nov 1 - April 30), except Christmas and New Years, which are Peak Season. The minimum relates to 3 bedrooms and the maximum refers to using all 5 bedrooms.  We have so far not rented for more than 1-2 weeks but if there is interest, we are open to suggestions.

In the Low Season (May 1-Oct 31) the rates drop to $3,500/week for 3 bedrooms and $5,250/week for 5 bedrooms (again, a minimum of 1 week's stay)

The Peak Season (Dec 19-Jan 2) the rates are $5,000/week for 3 bedrooms and $8.400/week for 5 bedrooms
