The small condo complex offers heated swimming pool,  coin
operated laundry and you will have one assigned parking space.   
The Beach Trolley stops at the complex and will take you to
any or all of the 11 beaches, a shopping mall or about anywhere
you choose to go.

Restaurants, grocery, drug store, ice cream shops, dinner
cruise, fishing 1/2 or whole day, dolphin watch cruise,
Casino boat, movie theatre, liquor stores, boutiques, library,
are all close at hand.  

Available to rent: cars,  boats, canoes, wave runners, bikes,
scotters, and much more. 

To rest your mind if there is an unexpected need there is
a medical walk in clinic on the Beach and a hospital about
5 minutes away.
