Chateau Italiano in South Lake Tahoe

Beautiful Tahoe cabin located off of Pioneer Trial in the Black Bart Section of South Lake Tahoe.  The cabin has been used as a vacation home and due to travel commitments; we have decided to rent it.  Altogether, there is 1800 square feet of living space with a large living room with three couches, a large TV and stone fireplace.  It is decorated and furnished with rustic style accents.  Linens & towels are provided.  The cabin sleeps 8 in beds and can accommodate a few others on sofa’s. Five miles to Heavenly & the Casinos, 30 minutes to Kirkwood and 20 minutes to Sierra. 

Three bedrooms:

•           Master bedroom has 1 king size bed & full bath with double sinks and a TV

•           2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed

•           3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed a (1 twin over full) and two twins.

•           There is a full bath with double sinks in the hallway. 

Open living & family room with vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, wood fireplace and 2 large sofas’ & a love seat

Family dining table that seats 6, plus 3 matching stools for counter top eating in kitchen

Kitchen has a microwave, 4 slice toaster and dishes, glasses and silverware for 10+ guests.  

Charcoal BBQ (WEBER) on deck 

Garage parking for 2 cars plus room for 2 more in the drive way.

Garage also has a Dart Board 

Washer and dryer in mud room

AM/FM clock radio in master bedroom
