The "Little House" in Merritt Island

The “Little House” is such a charming spot that everyone who has stayed hear loves it.  This "Little House" is a traditional "Florida Cottage". 

The house was recently updated with new wood laminated flooring.  Remodeled bathroom and fresh paint throughout. 

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch as you enjoy the song birds in the private yard with mango and avocado trees, lovely oaks and other tropical trees and bushes.  There is also a private playground and driveway.   The garage and back car port is shared with the owners.

The “Little House” is situated in a quiet neighborhood.  Biking distance to Cocoa Beach & Historic Cocoa Village.  Walking distance to Merritt Square Mall, WalMart and other shopping and grocery stores.  Minutes to SR 528-the Beach Line highway and 35 minutes to Orlando. 

Three bedrooms, one bath. dish washer, micro wave,  disposal & Cable TV.
Ceiling fans are in all rooms, and central air through out.  Lovely windows to enjoy the fresh breeze that flows through the house.   This house has access to the River which is a couple hundred yards from the house.  Private 530 foot Fishing pier, Two bicycles and kayaks available to little house renters for duration of their stay.

Guest will also receive 4 complimentary boarding passes to enjoy Island Boat Lines Dolphin & Manatee boat tour through the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands.  www. islandboatlines. com  Tickets will be on your coffee table when you arrive.

The house is located 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport
and Disney, and ten minutes to the beaches. It is situated on Merritt
Island, a large land mass bounded by the inter coastal water ways of
the Indian river and Banana river. Excellent fishing can be found
at these rivers, as well as at the ocean, and the fresh water of the
near by St. John river. Kennedy Space Center is a 15 minute ride
away, and it is even possible to observe a shuttle or a rocket
launch from the front yard of the house! Port Canaveral is
approximately 10 minutes away, and has charter fishing, and cruise
ships gaming casino ships.Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife
Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater,
Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Water-

Sept – Jan is  $ 700 per week or $1400/month   minimum 3 month lease                                                                     

Feb. - Mar. is $1000 per week or $2000/month, minimum 3 month lease
Apr. - Aug.  is   $800 per week or $1600/month, minimum 3 month lease

* $350 refundable security deposit required for registration
* $80 cleaning charge per stay
