Beds in Bedroom 1 & 2 can be King or 2 twins.  Twins converts to King.  Both bedrooms have dresser and 2 night stands.

Fitness Center, Pools/Spas and Barbecues are community.  Fireplace in Living Room has electric logs.

Rates are based on 2-Adults (double occupancy).  Additional charge for more than two persons.

Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your deposit & signed rental agreement, due within 10 days of reservation.

Weekly/Monthly Rent - payable 45 days prior to check in.

Security Deposit $500 minimum and cleaning fee -- payable 45 days prior to check in. Cleaning Fee ranges from $95.00-plus (depending on length of stay/frequency of cleaning desired) - payable 45 days prior to check in, non-refundable.

Reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by the due date.  Cancellation within 45 days prior to check-in, Rent and Security Deposit will be forfeited.  There are no refunds for early departure.

Smoking is not permitted in unit, on entry or patio. *No Pets allowed.
