Perfectly located in a very quiet area, yet within minutes of a multitude of activities and attractions. this beautiful Lakefront Home has room to roam. Suited for 2 families, the split floorplan boasts 2 seperate living rooms. Tastefully updated with a large maple kitchen with granite countertops, and tiled baths. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a king, 1 queen and 2 twins (can be combined as a king) and a sleeper sofa too! You have 3 dining options...breakfast in the kitchen at the dinette...enjoy the sunrise, BBQ lunch on the deck enjoying the water view, and dinner in the dining area of the great room overlooking the lake. The fenced in yard is great for playing ball or letting the dog run. Bring your boat or jet ski. We've got dock space for both. Launch your boat for free at Anderson Park.

Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig Coffee System, a variety of small kitchen appliances (mixer, blender, toaster, regular coffeepot, crockpot), a Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier, dishwasher, cooking spices and condiments plus a washer and dryer. Hair dryers, fresh, clean linens, towels, basic cleaning supplies and toilet paper are supplied as well. A large flat screen TV hangs over the working fireplace, and includes cable and a DVD player. Games, puzzles and an XBOX will help keep the family occupied on those rainy days.
Boat dock and single jet ski lift available for your watercraft.
There is room for parking a trailer or a RV.

Boat, fish and play on the lake right in your back yard and you can take your boat out of the lake and drop it into the Gulf in 15 minutes!
Stroll along the Greek Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs, the oldest town in Pinellas County. Picturesque and unique, it is on the National Registry and has its own trolley to take you to town landmarks and wonderful antique shops and fabulous restaurants.
Within a half hour, you have the Tampa area airports, Busch Gardens, Broadway shows, live entertainment, museums, and the famous Clearwater Beaches. The Yankees and Phillies Spring Training is hosted nearby as well.
Orlando Attractions and Disney make a wonderful day trip!
