Flat screen TV's in all rooms, Central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, washer/dryer, microwave.Big covered deck with table and chairs with gas grill and lockable storage area under house for all your scuba equipment or fishing gear!  The house is fully stocked with towels and linens, also all kitchen supplies.  Tie up your boat in back of house 0n the 68' dock with swim ladder.  The house is located just off US 1 at mile marker 23, just 19 miles from Key West.                                 Wireless or wired high speed internet included!Expanded cable Tv package.Also there are 2 Bicycles for your use at no extra charge!

$186.00 per night with a three night minimum.  $1300.00 per week.  A 10% discount is provided per 4 week continous period.  Cleaning fee is $85.00.  For pets (small non allergic  dogs only) there is an additional $50.00 fee that will be added to the rent for the duration of your stay.

  The community also charges a registration fee of $50.00 per family per stay.

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred.

For cancellations, please notify 14 days prior to cancellation otherwise you will be charged a fee of $75.00.
