Dec-19 to Sept 10 $200.00 per night / $1400 per week.Sept 11 to Dec 18 $142 per night / $1000.00 per week with a three night minimum.

Mini and regular Lobster week $1800/week 1 week minimum. There is a Cleaning fee of $90.00 to be left in cash upon checkout.  

  The community also charges a registration fee of $50.00 per family per stay.

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy - 30 days or more from the arrival date= full refund
29 days or less = $250.00 cancellation fee.
14 days or less = no refund.

Hurricane policy - A full refund will be given for any unused days or cancelled reservation for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.NO Smoking Please.

The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.
