Flat screen TV's in all rooms, Central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, washer/dryer, microwave.Big covered deck with table and chairs with gas grill and lockable storage area under house for all your scuba equipment or fishing gear!  The house is fully stocked with towels and linens, also all kitchen supplies.  Tie up your boat in back of house 0n the 68' dock with swim ladder.  The house is located just off US 1 at mile marker 23, just 19 miles from Key West.                                 Wireless or wired high speed internet included!Expanded cable Tv package.Also there are 2 Bicycles and one 2 person kayak for your use at no extra charge!

Dec-19 to Sept 10 $200.00 per night / $1400 per week.Sept 11 to Dec 18 $150 per night / $1000.00 per week with a three night minimum. Also 12.5% Florida Tax.

Mini and regular Lobster week $1800/week 1 week minimum. There is a Cleaning fee of $90.00 to be left in cash upon checkout.  

  The community also charges a registration fee of $50.00 per family per stay.

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred.

Cancellation Policy - Over 60 days from the arrival date= full refund
60 days or less = $250.00 cancellation fee.
30 days or less = no refund.

Hurricane policy - A full refund will be given for any unused days or cancelled reservation for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.NO Smoking Please.

The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.
