Beds consist of K/S beds in both lower and upper bedrooms, pull-out sleeper sofa in LR, additional 2 twins upstairs. New 40" LCD TV in LR (Netflix-enabled), 32" LCD/DVD TV in lower bedroom, new 40" LCD TV in upper bedroom, gas fireplace, and newly remodeled kitchen that is fully stocked.

Summer Rates in effect through 11/18/2011 unless Canyon Lodge opens prior to that date. $130 Sun-Thurs; $150 Fri-Sat.
Winter rates effective 11/19/2011: $230 rate applies Sunday-Thursday; $300 rate applies Friday-Saturday. $400 rate applies to holiday periods (except MLK for which regular weekend rate applies). Additional town-imposed bed tax of 13% applies to all rates.
