The Condominium is a DELUXE 6th Floor Direct Ocean Corner unit with  
SPECTACULAR views of the Ocean from the Private Balcony and the  
Master Bedroom. 
 
This spacious condominium was recently remodeled and it has TWO  
Bedrooms, TWO Bathrooms and Full Kitchen with all the Amenities.  
The Master Bedroom has a KING SIZE BED and the other bedroom has TWO  
FULL SIZE BEDS!!! The Master Bathroom has a JACUZZI BATH which is  
big enough for two and Dual HIS and HER sinks!!! There are cable  
TVs and DVDs in the living room and both bedrooms. 
 
VERY CLEAN AND NEAT!!! 
 
Facilities available in the condominium complex include outdoor  
heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. There is lots of  
close-in parking.

Golfing. Watch the Space Shuttle launch from the beach. Less than an 
hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour 
Beautiful Saint Augustine. The condominium is only minutes away from 
the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Boardwalk. Check out the Night Life at

* $649 to $1,799 per WEEK...We primarily rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday 
* $100 Off if you rent 2 Consecutive WEEKS. 
* $149 to $269/NIGHT (3 Night Minimum). 
***SPECIAL*** Most weeks in May are $899!!! 
* Credit Cards accepted through Paypal with additional 3% surcharge. 
* Add 11% Sales & Resort Tax.  
* Security Deposit Required to Hold Your Reservation. 
* Rates include Normal Cleaning up to $75. 
* Special rates do not include Holiday weeks.
