Parking & Proximity to DC, Monuments & Metro:
We are located a 15 minute walk from Brookland CUA Metro station (on the red line) or take the H6 bus a block from the house that takes you right to the metro entrance. Feel free to leave your car at the house (FREE ALL DAY PARKING) and in no time you can be downtown and enjoying all the wonderful sights and museums here in DC.
About the Neighborhood:
Brookland, only 10 min drive to the Capitol buidling is referred to by the locals as ‘DC's best kept secret', is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and a couple of stops on the Metro from Union station, moments from downtown, the mall and monuments.

We are close to all the attractions in DC, as we are conveniently located near to the metro (red line).
Washington's monuments, the mall, the amazing museums, the Whitehouse and Capitol building are all within 15-20 minutes by car or metro.
The Franciscan Monastery and gardens only a couple of blocks away and there are also many bike trails nearby including the National Arboretum.
The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception is the largest Roman Catholic Church in the United States and is one of the 10 largest churches in the world.
Dont miss Georgetown for it's fantastic restaurants and shopping. Annapolis and Old Town Alexandria are also well worth a visit.

- Each additional guest $20 per night (max $159 per night)
- Minimum 2 night stay
- $75 cleaning fee is the only additional charge
- Can accommodates 2 adults / 3 children or 3-4 adults (+ space for airbed if required)
- Cancellation policy: 100% deposit refund 30+ days prior to check in. 50% refund of deposit for less than 30 days notice prior to check in. If you decide to leave early during the stay, the remaining days are still chargeable.
