Some call it .......................Paradise. This unit is professionally decorated, elegant, private, quiet and conveniently located on the 4th floor of "B" Building in the Dolphin Way community. This unit in "B" building is 10% larger than the typical 1 BR units in either A or C builidings. It is positioned directly on the beach and only steps (135 feet) from the sugar-white sand. Dolphin Way is a gated 15 + Acre community with 450 feet of beach frontage and only 75 owners, located on a dead end street at the north end of Little Hickory Island. You will feel as though you have your own private beach. From this unit, you can see the boats, ships and other floating traffic on the Gulf. The unit has clearly superior elevation (if you have experienced the higher elevations, you will appreciate the enhanced view as compared to the lower levels.) There is a significant amount of green space if you want to play on the meticously maintained lawn.

The unit has been completely remodeled and upgraded with high quality materials and furnishings. The workmanship is evident in the chair rail moldings throughout, crown moldings, special trim on the doors, and distinctive full length mirrors in the hallway. The entry, hallway, kitchen and lanai have imported travertine tile. New carpeting covers the bedroom and the family room floors that will give you that warm fuzzy feeling.

The Kitchen has new custom cherry cabinets and a dry bar. Kitchen is equipped with Frigidaire professional series stainless steel appliances. The built in microwave has a convection feature. The ceramic cooktop stove also has a warming drawer. The double door refigerator, has an ice maker and plenty of storage. The dishwasher is insulated and quiet and makes the clean up effortless. We have a complete array of small appliances including a toaster, blender, slow-cooker, food processor, can opener, a Griddler and George Foremen grill. You name it,  I think we have it. Your cookware , dinnerware and utensils are also well above average.

Relax in the Family Room in the His and Hers Barcalounger recliners. Watch your favorite movie or talk show on the super sized Sony 40" XBR Bravia 1080p flat screen HDTV. Use the Xfinity digital video recorder (DVR) to record your preferred shows for viewing on your schedule. Enjoy your favorite musical selections on the Yamaha receiver. A Sony Blu-Ray DVD player brings you the absolute best in prerecorded high definition entertainment. The (5) Klipsch surround sound system includes a powered subwoofer for the most realistic sound experience.

 The LANAI has two soft as a cloud Woodard swivel rockers with ottomans and a side table for your beverage of choice. If you want to take a siesta, this is where it is happening. When you close your eyes, the sound of the wind chimes and the sounds of the surf will take you to never-never land.  Or, keep an eye on the pool activities or the foot traffic on the beach from the either of the 2 bar height swivel rockers. Enjoy your bagels and coffee in the morning or your dinner in the evening from the bar height table for two with tumbled marble surface . If it happens to rain, you'll be glad you have the (3) individual panels in the motorized storm shutters. You may raise 1 or all 3 panels from the switch inside the unit. No need to get wet when that sudden storm surprises you. It doesn't get any easier than this. You'll be glad your unit does not have the older manual shutters, that some people spend their entire vacations struggling with. The upgraded sliding glass door to the lanai has three movable panels (not the usual 1 movable panel). This allows you to open up the doors  to either side (your preference) and have 67% of the glass area open at anytime vs the usual 33% opening. This permits twice the air flow into the unit and increases the accessability to and from the lanai. Talk about convenient.

The bedroom is on the bay side of the island. It contains a high-end full support Queen sized bed. Wake up in the morning feeling fully rested. The sheets are the ultra comfy 650tc Egyptian cotton sheets. You won't want to get outta bed in the morning. There are two night stands with lamps for your evening reading, to place your glasses on, or have that glass of water at your bedside. The armoire contains a 27" TV for watching the late night news. A wireless HP all in one printer and a fireproof security chest are also located in the armoire. There is plenty of room to store your clothes. The large closet has plenty of hangers for all the clothes you could possibly need in FL.  Two inflatable twin beds are available for guests. Don't worry the sheets and pillows for the inflatable beds are also in the closet in well marked storage containers. You may open the new double wide glass sliders on the bedroom if you choose to increase  your airflow. A Hunter floor fan is also available for increased directional air flow.

WI-FI is a part of our triple play Comcast package. We have secured the high speed internet so that you may feel safe to do your online securities transactions or banking. You may use the telephone to make free US long distance phone calls to call family and friends back home to share the local weather forecast  and temperatures.. Go ahead, call and rub it in!!

The bathroom has a shower/tub. The shower surround is done in tumbled marble and is very decorative. The sink and the stool are designer Kohler products. There are plenty of hooks to hang your towels and swim suits on. There is more room for towels on the generous towel racks. Need or want an assist bar to get in or out of the shower safely? We've got it.

You can do whatever you want or NOTHING at all.
