Our well appointed fully air conditioned two bedroom/two bathroom condominium on the Gulf Coast of Florida at Sarasota/Bradenton is situated one floor up overlooking the golf course at Tara Golf and Country Club.The condominium, which has lift access, has been refurbished and redecorated to a high standard and has all the comforts for your holiday.Private access for residents to a heated swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis court and reserved covered parking.

ACCOMMODATION 

Living Room            Doors access the screened lanai with table and chairs   overlooking the fifth green.There is Cable T.V. with D.V.D. and Music Centre. The sofa converts to a queen size bed.

Dining Room            Open plan to  living room with hatch to kitchen.

Master Bedroom      King size bed with ensuite bathroom and patio windows which access  the lanai overlooking the golf course.

Guest Bedroom        Queen size bed  and adjoining bathroom.

Kitchen                      Includes  a dining area. Fully equipped with cooker/stove,

microwave,dishwasher and fridge/freezer.There is also a washing machine and 

a tumble dryer in an adjacent utility room.

Tara Golf and Country Club is located off State Road Road 70 on the border of the cities of Sarasota and Bradenton to the south of Tampa on the Gulf Coast.The Club is close to  Interstate 75 for easy travelling from Florida airports.All the major airlines fly to Tampa Airport which is 50 minutes away and Sarasota/Bradenton Airport can be reached in a mere 20 minutes.

Beaches  There are miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches including Siesta Key which has one of the finest white sands in the world and was voted the number 1 beach in the USA in 2011.

Water Activities  All types of water activities are available including parasailing,jetskiing,fishing,bay cruises,windsurfing,etc.

Golf   Apart from Tara Golf Course which reopened in 2009 after a multi million dollar renovation, there are countless quality golf courses in the area.

Bollettieri Academy

The famous Nick Bollettieri sports academy which caters for a range of sports including tennis,golf,soccer,baseball,basketball,football and lacrosse is only a short distance away here in Bradenton.

Theatre/Museums   Sarasota/Bradenton is considered the cultural gem of the Gulf Coast with museums and theatres featuring musicals,dramas,plays and ballet. The Golden Apple Dinner Theatre is the oldest continually running dinner Theatre in the U.S.A. Sarasota is the home of the West Coast Florida Symphony Orchestra. The Area is renowned for it's link to the world famous Ringling Brothers Circus. The Ringling Museum is worth a visit.

Wildlife   There is wildlife in abundance. Myakka River State Park provides an opportunity to see alligators,turtles,racoonsand bald eagles in particular in their natural habitat.

Theme Parks   A car drive some 45 minutes away is Busch Gardens at Tampa which is a 300 acre African Theme Park with the largest Roller Coaster ride in Southwest Forida. Orlando can be reached by road in two hours boasting many Parks including Disney and Universal Studios.
