Walk out to Swan River beach or Nantucket Sound beach (South Village Beach).  Watch others schlep to the beach as you step out the front door.  You don't need a beach permit as you park at the cottage. Unobstructed views of Swan River and Nantucket Sound.  Comfortable, kid friendly cottage (very little to break!).  3 bedrooms, good for 2 families to share.  Much of the cottage has original details.  Just the right size.

One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second has a double bed and the third has two twin beds and a bunk bed.  All bedrooms have lots of screened windows to catch the ocean breeze.

You will feel your cares float away as you experience "REAL"Cape Cod.  Folks love to jump in the river and float in with the tide.  Best "lazy river" in New England.  The river is a great place to kayak, you can paddle up to Swan Pond or out to the ocean.

Corner lot, private road, outside shower, on property parking, front deck on waterside.  Grill. Comfortable beds.  Bicycles. Kayak rentals nearby.  One Queen, One double, Two singles and a bunk bead.  Linnens and towels available.  Fully equiped kitchen.  Washer and Dryer.  Beach chairs.  Fans. Cable TV. Everything is here.  Fish market, restuarants, Golf, Watersports, bicycling, all within easy reach.  And of course Beaches: Fresh water (Swan River) and Ocean (South Village Beach).

For the summer of 2012, June, July, August and September are $1,800. a week.  Other months are $1,700 a week  Per night is $250-$300.  Please check the calendar.
