Walk out to Swan River beach or Nantucket Sound beach (South Village Beach).  Watch others schlep to the beach as you step out the front door.  You don't need a beach permit as you park at the house. Unobstructed views of Swan River and Nantucket Sound.  Comfortable, kid friendly cottage (very little to break!).  3 bedrooms, good for 2 families to share.  Much of the cottage has original details.  Just the right size.

You will feel your cares float away as you experience "REAL"Cape Cod.  Folks love to jump in the river and float in with the tide.  Best "lazy river" in New England.  The river is a great place to kayak, you can paddle up to Swan Pond or out to the ocean. 

Corner lot, private road, outside shower, on property parking, front deck on waterside.  Grill. Comfortable beds.  Bicycles. Kayaks.  One Queen, One double, Two singles and a bunk bead.  Fully equiped kitchen.  Washer and Dryer.  Beach chairs.

Everything is here.  Fish market, restuarants, Golf, Watersports, bicycling, all within easy reach.  And of course Beaches: Fresh water (Swan River) and Ocean (South Village Beach).

June and September are $1,400. a week and July and August are $1,600.  Other weeks are as negotiated.
