Classic Cape Cottage! As they say location is everything! Walk out to Swan River beach or Nantucket Sound beach (South Village Beach). Watch others schlep to the beach as you step out the front door. You don't need a beach permit as you park at the cottage. Unobstructed views of Swan River and Nantucket Sound. Comfortable, kid friendly cottage (very little to break!). 3 bedrooms, good for 2 families to share. Much of the cottage has original details. Newly renovated Kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. Just the right size.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second has another queen bed and the third has two twin beds and a bunk bed. All bedrooms have lots of screened windows to catch the ocean breeze.
You will feel your cares float away as you experience "REAL"Cape Cod. Folks love to jump in the river and float in with the tide. Best "lazy river" in New England. The river is a great place to kayak, you can paddle up to Swan Pond or out to the ocean. Kids crab and fish right outside the front door.

vacation rental rates
For the summer of 2013 June, July, August and September are $2.000. a week. Other months are $1,900 a week Per night is $250-$300. Please check the calendar.
