Downtown Ft. Pierce, less than 10 minutes away has numerous high end restaurants as well as affordable cafes and family restaurants. Shopping on main street or the farmers market on Saturdays is a must do, where artists offer their products, and the farmers their produce. They also have BBQ stands, and other food shacks. Friday fest is a happening fair the firs DFriday of the month !.

Golf: If Ocean Village's 9-hole golf course is not enough for you,there are 17. championship golf facilities consisting of 21 separate courses (mostly Fazio and Nicklaus designed) all within a 40 minute drive. Prices range from $15 to $35 for 18 holes with a cart during the off-season. In-season prices are about double. All of these courses are open to the public. Fishing: There is great fishing for Bluefish, Pompano and otherspecies right on our beach during the winter months. Off season (May to November) - $2350 (or $625 per week)

Peak Season (December to April and Holidays) $2600 (or $825 per week)

Florida resort Tax is 11.5% and will be added to the total month(s) of stay.

Deposit Required by Wire Transfer or check at booking. Full cost of reservation 75 days prior to reservation date. Deposit to hold unit is $500.

Safety deposit is $300.00 and will be refunded upon return of the unit in same condition. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be deducted or it can be left in the Kitchen counter.

Cancellation Policy-  Deposit is not refundable for the first month of reservation if cancellation is 60 days prior to reservation, unless unit can be rented. However, a processing fee of $250 will be deducted in that case. Other months will be refunded. If cancellation is within 60 days of reservation no refunds will be awarded if the unit is not rented. If rented, a processing fee of $250 will be deducted for each month.
