BRIGHT, CHEERY, AND FUN! A beautifully remodeled 3BD 2BA private home sitting right on the 4th tee of the golf course.  Located within the "gated" grounds of Tan Tar A resort!  Tan Tar A is a premier golf and lake resort community!  This is a very spacious 1,600 square foot home all on one level!

This is a free-standing home situated steps away from the 4th tee!  This newly remodeled home offers 3 KING SIZE beds, one in EACH bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.  It also offers a covered front porch with seating, and a screened in back porch with seating overlooking the golf course.  There is also a patio with gas grill and more seating!  All bedrooms have have access to either a deck or patio, and all have their own TV.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including a convection oven.  There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience.  A beautiful electric fireplace is located in the living room.  This is a very private setting with only one home next door. 

We Supply:  Bar soap, hand soap, laundry soap, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, linens/bedding, regular coffee and filters, dishes, pots/pans, gas grill, salt/pepper, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, pack n' play.

Please bring your own:  Beach towels and shampoo

***This home is for FAMILIES and MATURE ADULTS only!  You must be at least 30 years of age to rent this home.  No college groups, bachelor parties etc...

***By renting this home, you are responsible for the home and its contents!  If the home is left damaged, smoked in, has items missing, or is left excessively dirty, you will be charged additional fees!

There is no refund for late check in's, early departures, or mechanical failures!!!

There is a one time departure cleaning/booking fee of $85.00 per stay.

There is a 2 night minimum stay year round (3 night minimum on holliday weekends)

No smoking and no pets allowed!!

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm.

Balance is due the day of check in.  No personal checks upon check in.

A valid "credit card" is required to be on file, regardless of how you pay.

Our cancellation policy is 30 days prior to your arrival date.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable.  If you cancel within 1 week of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire rental amount.  Sorry no exceptions! 

Families and mature adults only!  If your intention is for "wild partying" please seek alternate accomodations! 

Parents may NOT rent this home for individuals under the age of 30, unless they plan on staying the entire time!
