Take the elevator to the top floor (3rd) and there you'll find our 
beautiful beach getaway- ' Jeminey by the Sea ' ! Sip your cocktails 
from our covered deck that overlooks the pool, while taking in the 
views of the ocean and the Wright Brothers Memorial. (You will also 
see some spectacular sunsets!) Read a book, play a game, or work on 
your laptop -- we have high speed wireless internet. Walk to the 
beach, bike rental shop or great restaurants nearby. We are 
centrally located at MP 9.5, right across the street from the beach, 
so you can enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer.

3 bedroom Outer Banks condo; close to the beach in Kill Devil Hills. 
A 3rd floor condo with Ocean Views & Community Pool (16'x40'), you 
are less than 200' to the Public Beach Access. Elevator for 
building. 4 TVs, VCR, DVD, wireless Internet access (please bring 
your own laptop computer), stereo with CD player, book & video 
library, washer & dryer, outside shower, community grill & picnic 
area, storage closet in garage for beach items, covered parking. 
Centrally located, you are close to great restaurants and shopping 
and you can walk to the beach. Non-Smoking (Owners are highly 
allergic). No Pets. BEDS: 2 Kings, Pyramid Bunk with Trundle
