Summer Rates (June, July, August) weekly only rentals: depending on availability the rates range from $1,900.00 to $2,500.00 plus a $100 cleaning fee.

Winter Rates (November, December, January, Febuary,March) are 3 night minimum from $300.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee.
