Driveway that extends all the way to the back of the house and allows for plenty of parking. You have free access and use of the Washer and Dryer which are located in the back and shared by a  separate guesthouse.

 Enjoy the great florida weather weather in the Back Yard with seating area(outdoor table,chairs and umbrella) or  in the covered porch by the back or front entrances. Gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking.

Bed Linens, Towels, hair dryer and a limited amount of small size basic toiletries are provided(shampoo,conditioner,soap,lotion,etc), first Aid Kit.

Beach supplies like chairs, beach towels, cooler, mat and bucket with beach supplies  for kids.
Fishing rod and hooks.
Board games, playing cards , poker chips,chinese checker,some reading material,etc.
Folder with maps, things to do and places to go, restaurants, and a varierty of brochures for the area.

Excellent location, 5 minute drive to Hollywood beach(3 miles) with its white sand and torqouise waters, hang out at the beach , relax in the ocean or take a
walk along the famous Boardwalk and enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, bars and all year round activities. Sports  like cycling,rollerblading,sailing,snorkeling,diving,swimming, jet skiing, fishing and all kind of water activities.

Downtown Hollywood offers a variety of ongoing festivals, art shows and activities for all ages, don't miss the weekly happenings, also features a variety of outdoos restaurants, cafes,bars and shops.

Within short driving distance you will find Golf Courses, tennis courts, Parks,etc.
grocerie store,phamacy, movie teathers , casinos, flea markets and also upscale shopping.
Visit the Hard Rock Casino with its specialty restaurants,shops and entertainment.
If you want to do some Shopping there is plenty to choose from, great malls like Aventura, Broward , Sawgrass Mills, and smaller shopping centers like Oakwood plaza are just a short drive.

Port Everglades if you are taking a cruise is just 10 minutes drive, as well as the
Fort lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
Close to Tri-Rail station where you can take a train to go south to Miami International Airport or go all the way north to Palm Beach.
Miami International Airport is less than 30 minute drive.
Famous South Beach or downtown Miami are aprox 20-30 minute drive.

Walt Disney World  is about a 31/2 Hour drive.
