2nd bedroom with a Modern Double size Bunk/loft Bed, TV alarm clock.For extra sleeping accomodations,we have a full size sofa/bed in the living room. Kids can stay up late and watch their favorite shows or movies. Baby Playyard and highchair available,also some toddler toys.

Bathroom with walking shower tiled floor to ceiling, Hair Dryer, and small size basic toiletries provided.

Driveway that extends all the way to the back of the house and allows for plenty of parking.also if you have a boat or RV  there is parking available.
You have free access and use of the Washer and Dryer which are located in the back and shared by a  separate guesthouse.

No Smoking inside the house (outside is ok).

Excellent location, 5 minute drive to Hollywood beach(3 miles) with its white sand and torqoise waters, hang out at the beach , relax in the ocean or take a walk along the famous Boardwalk and enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, bars and all year round activities. Sports  like cycling,rollerblading,sailing,snorkeling,diving,swimming, jet skiing, fishing and all kinds of water activities.

Downtown Hollywood offers a variety of ongoing festivals, art shows and activities for all ages, don't miss the weekly happenings, also features a variety of outdoors restaurants, cafes,bars and shops.

Within short driving distance you will find Golf Courses, tennis courts, Parks,
grocerie stores,pharmacy, movie teathers , casinos, flea markets and also upscale shopping.
Visit the Hard Rock Casino with its fine dining,shops and entertainment, or Gulfstream park.
If you want to do some Shopping there is plenty to choose from: great malls like, Aventura, Broward , Gulfstream park, Sawgrass Mills(Huge outlet mall), Ikea,and other shopping centers like Oakwood plaza are just a short drive.

Port Everglades if you are taking a cruise is just 10 minutes drive, as well as the Fort lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
Close to Tri-Rail/Amtrak station where you can take a relax train ride to go south to Miami International Airport or go all the way north to Palm Beach.
Miami International Airport is less than 30 minute drive.
Famous South Beach or downtown Miami are aprox 20-30 minute drive.

Other theme parks (Disney world,Island of adventures, Sea World,etc ) are about a 3 1/2 Hour drive.
