Completely furnished with comfy queen size beds in master and guest bedrooms, and sofa sleepers in the living and Fl rooms. All linens and dishes are included. Fully appointed kitchen and new washer and dryer. Extras include a gas grill,smoker and patio in the tropical private fenced back yard, large flat panel hd tv,dvd player,wifi, bar with dart board. Bicycles, beach chairs and umrellas are also provided . There is even an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand of the day at the beach, or just shower under the stars and listen to the ocean waves. Everything you will need for a wonderful Florida beach vacation! 

Sleeps 6-8,  all linens towels and dishes included. Large flat panel hd tv in living room and tv in master bedroom. Wifi and dvd player, washer dryer and gas grill and utensils, dart board and bar. Full bath and shower with bath essentials and blow dryer. Private outdoor shower. Bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The intercoastal is steps away at the other end of the street from the beach.

Walking distance to no drive beach on the Atlantic Ocean and free parking at Tom Renick Park. Ninety min. to Disney attractions in Orlando and 40 min. to historic St. Augustine. Daytona Speedway is a 15 min. drive and Daytona Beach 6 miles away. Free dog friendly Flagler Beach 10 mins. north. Ponce inlet and lighthouse is 30 mins. south for deep sea fishing  and casino cruises.

Monthly rental only. Higher rates apply to event weeks such as Daytona 500, 400, Bike week ,Biketoberfest, July 4th, and spring break.
Terms-  Deposit  cleaning fee and signed contract to hold reservation due within 7 days of booking. 50% of total rent is due 60 days prior to arrival date. 30 day cancellation required for a refund. Refundable damage deposit of $200.00 $300.00 with pets, to be refunded 10 days after stay if no damage. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. $75.00 cleaning fee  with the option to clean before leaving.
