Fully appointed kitchen and new washer and dryer. Extras include a gas grill and patio in the tropical private fenced back yard, large flat panel hd tv,dvd player,wifi, bar with foosball table and dart board. Bicycles, beach chairs and umrellas are also provided . There is even an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand of the day at the beach, or just shower under the stars and listen to the ocean waves. Everything you will need for a wonderful Florida beach vacation! 

Sleeps 6-8,  all linens towels and dishes included. Large flat panel hd tv in living room and tv in master bedroom. Wifi and dvd player, washer dryer and gas grill and utensils. Foosball table, dart board and bar. Full bath and shower with bath essentials and blow dryer. Private outdoor shower. Bicycles beach chairs and umbrellas are provided.

Walking distance to no drive beach on the Atlantic Ocean and free parking at Tom Renick Park. Ninety min. to Disney attractions in Orlando and 40 min. to historic St. Augustine. Daytona Speedway is a 15 min. drive and Daytona Beach 6 miles away. Free dog friendly Flagler Beach 10 mins. north. Ponce inlet and lighthouse is 30 mins. south for deep sea fishing  and casino cruises.

Higher rates apply to event weeks such as Bike week and Biketoberfest and spring break.
Terms- 50% deposit and signed contract to hold reservation 30 day cancellation required for a refund. Refundable damage deposit of $200.00 $300.00 with pets, to be refunded 10 days after stay if no damage. Payment to hold due 7 days after booking and balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival. $75.00 cleaning fee deposit with the option to clean before leaving. Checklist for cleaning will be provided. Cleaning fee refunded if approved. Week starts Sat. pm until Sat. am Monthly stays welcome! Call us soon!
